Yes, we can ship jewellery! Shipping is much safer than most realise.
Tayha Designs uses Australian Express Post with tracking provided and a signature required on delivery for all parcels within Australia. Please note you will be asked to provide your updated address prior to postage, even if we already have your address on file.
A flat rate of 15AUD applies to stock items, and costs for other shipments will be determined based on package size and delivery destination.

If you would prefer to collect your jewellery when ready, we can arrange collection from either Coorow or Osborne Park, Perth.
We hope you will be absolutely delighted with your new jewellery. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your catalogue purchase Taryn is happy to offer an exchange or credit note within 7 days of purchase. Alternatively, Tayha Designs will refund a sale made through this website if it is returned unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging within 14 days of your receipt of the order. Items exempt from both the refund and exchange policies, unless they are found to be faulty, are:
Commissioned pieces (bespoke)
Sourced diamonds and gemstones
Should you find a fault with your item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Once you have notified us of your faulty item, we will confirm your return in writing. You should then post the item back to us at:

Please note: you will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us as we cannot be held responsible for items that become lost or damaged during your return postage to us, therefore we suggest you use a secure delivery service which requires a signature for proof of receipt.
PROCESSING YOUR REFUND
Upon receipt of the items being returned the Paypal account, credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply).
We will process your refund within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account.
